The entire plantā€™s floor surface is Epoxy coated to make it anti-dust, this is the commitment that makes us the best in the industry! We also have temperature-controlled store rooms which keep our materials at desirable temperatures at all times.

The new 35,000 sqftĀ one of a kind plant boasts of the latest technologies in the industry sourced from around the globe. We at ASPECT promise customization at every step to match your requirement, with the ability
to work on objects size up to 7.2 meters and an output capacity of 20 metric tons per day. At ASPECT we are deeply concerned about the environment and have setup up a 15KLD Effluent Treatment Plant for water treatment.

Pre-treatment

The incoming materials are inspected for dust, scratches, and damages, which are cleaned, buffed after which the scratches are removed with a report sent to you with deviation if any. We also make sure there is no dust or scratch introduced by using automated machines to move the material.

7 Tank Pretreatment Process

Tank 1 & 2

We have 2 degreasing tanks to make sure the surface is absolutely clean! The second degreasing bath is diluted compared to the first one, this is rarely used in the industry, but we are perfectionist since we know this adds a quality advantage over one degreasing tank.

Tank 3 & 4

We use two water baths following the degreasing to remove any chemicals left over after degreasing.

Tank 5

Chromatizing bath provides the yellow coating needed to passivate metal and preserve its electrical conductivity.

Tank 6 & 7

This is followed by 2 more water bath to remove excess chrome. We want to make sure that we do not have excess chrome on the surface, hence 2 baths.

Then we make sure the surface has no water content on it by passing it through a vertically openable dry off the oven at 100 degrees Celsius

The Sublimation Technology we have adapted is from Germany, which involves the transfer of patterns from DecoralĀ® films under heat treatment on to the surface which is coated with DecoralĀ® powder. We make sure we present you with a wide range of powder or film to match the requirement, we have also used Jotun Powder Coatings, AkzoNobel, Pulver, Interpon, PPG Asian Paints and more based on your requirement.

We use Nordson Industrial Precision Systems which provides us with 99 programmable ways to Powder Coat inside a custom made Stainless Steel booth, all of these powered by a smart microcontroller. We have state of the art indirect-fired curing conveyor ovens with heat exchangers which are 30 meters long, powered by pressurized vaporized gas which allows us to create uniform heating across the oven which in turn provides uniform like finishes on surfaces. Wood Effect Coating meets/exceeds the specifications dictated by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), which are confirmed by the tests conducted on every batch of output produced.

15KLD Effluent Treatment Plant

We are deeply concerned with the safety of our workers and the environment, so we designed one of a kind effluent treatment plant to treat our waste.

The effluent from the pretreatment tanks are treated by our 15KLD Effluent Treatment Plant by using Physico-chemical treatment method.

The pH of the water after filtration is 6.5 to 8.5, with Total Suspended Solids (TSS) less than 20 ppm, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) less than 200 ppm, and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) less than 250 ppm.

The sludge generated will be dried and disposed to treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF). The quality of treated water falls below the limit set by General Standards for Discharge of Environmental Pollutants.

Effluent Treatment Tank (ETT)

The effluent from the rinse tank is moved to the ETT which is lined with epoxy to prevent the effluent to reach groundwater gravitationally.

Flash Mixer (FM)

Neutralizing and Coagulating chemicals are added to the effluent which will be pumped to FM from ETT.

Flocculator

The neutralized/coagulated effluent will overflow from FM to the Flocculator where required flocculant will be added and prepared for easy sludge.

Settling Tank (ST)

The effluent from the Flocculator will overflow to the ST for sludge separation, where the sludge will be pumped to drying beds and the treated effluent is overflown to the pre-filtration tank.

Pre-filtration Tank (PFT)

The treated effluent from the ST will overflow to this tank for storing before it passes through the filtration process.

Filter Press (FP)

The treated water is passed through a filter press to filter again.

Activated Carbon Filter (ACF)

The treated water from FP is passed through ACF for odor and colour removal and moved to RO plant, where a water meter records the quality of water.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant

The RO plant filters water through reverse osmosis, making sure the water is clean and filtered completely.

Coating Testing

We make sure that our coatings adhere to AAMA standards. Our QA lab is well equipped to test concentrations of chemicals used on a timely basis.

Standards are determined by conducting the following tests:

Impact Test

Gloss Level Test

DFT Test

Pencil Hardness Test

Scratch Test

MEK Test

Bend Test

Boling water Test

Packaging

We make sure that you receive damage-free material giving prime importance to packaging using our automated packing systems. We strive to make sure you receive the material as it left our plant after our quality tests, using robust protective packing materials.
